I would also like to thank the ICT department for putting the  website, their efforts is indescribable.

Head Teacher's message

I wish to take this opportunity to welcome you to the school Website. First and foremost I thank the Almighty God for the gift of life and for the very many achievements of the school. I would also like to thank the ICT department for putting the  website, their efforts is indescribable. The BOG, PTA, and other stake holders of the school for the work well done. This year w continue to consolidate what we started so that Bwera Secondary school continues ‘to shade off rural life and build grades for Division1’.

Discipline: The students’ discipline is generally good except for a few. The staff discipline committee has continued to work hard to ensure that the few undisciplined students are properly punished depending on the school’s Code of conduct. The school environment is calm and the students have got used to the changes undertaken.

Hostel Project: The school runs a boys’ hostel which accommodates 300boys.The Church which is the mother of our school also runs a girls’ hostel that accommodates 240 girls. Both hotels carry night preps and lessons under maximum supervision of teachers.

Chapel: The school has got a vibrant chapel headed by the new school chaplain Rev.Manasseh Thembo.I am glad to report that the chapel has helped a lot to shape the morals of our students. The daily school programme starts with prayers every morning which helps the students to settle down ready for classes. Chapel time doubles as morning parade in which certain school programmes are communicated to students.

Co-curricular activities: The school has a good sports culture. We hope to uphold this culture to ensure the school remains on the map.
